Delivery Standard Parcels - Mainland UK
All standard orders (except furniture & large items) have a £4.99 3 - 5 days delivery for the UK mainland.
If you are making an order over £500, delivery is free.
We have now added the Interlink delivery network to our distribution team, giving us even more opportunity to get our products out to you at the best prices possible and in the quickest time available.
Standard parcels to UK Mainland are available with a 1 Hour Delivery Window, Text or Email alerts and Parcel Tracking via Interlink
Delivery Large / Heavy Parcels - Mainland UK
Furniture, artificial Christmas trees and large artificial trees will incur a delivery charge of £10, due to size and weight and will be sent via TNT. Other products on our website may fall into this category as well depending on size / weight.
Some items will require to be sent via a pallet delivery service, which is £45. If this is the case, we will contact you to let you know and organise the most convenient day for delivery. The pallet delivery is a roadside service, so you will be responsible for taking the items into your home.
If you are making a large or heavy order over £500 delivery is free.
Delivery Times & Tracking
Delivery charges are quoted for mainland UK only. Delivery to other destinations will incur a surcharge. Please contact us for a quotation.
- Standard orders are sent out by Interlink who can provide a 1 hour delivery window, text or email alerts and tracking.
- Large / heavy orders are sent out by TNT for delivery between 8am - 5pm.
- If you place your order on a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday BEFORE 12 noon, we will endeavour to send your order out on Next Working Day delivery (including furniture & larger items). However delivery during busy periods can be 3 - 5 days.
- If orders are placed AFTER 12 noon, we will endeavour to do our best to send the order out on Next Working Day delivery. Otherwise, the expected delivery time is 3 - 5 days.
- Orders placed AFTER 10am on Friday, and on Saturdays and Sundays will be dispatched on Monday (Exceptions include bank holidays).
1 Hour Delivery Window
We provide you with a 1 hour delivery window for standard parcels so that you dont have to wait in all day for your parcel to arrive. This saves you time and allows you to plan your day around when the delivery driver will turn up. It also greatly improves the first-time delivery success with accurate notifications of date and time. A seamless customer experience.
Free Delivery Notification - Text and Email
We will notify you of the day of delivery via a TEXT MESSAGE & EMAIL and if the date is not convenient you can change it yourself by simply replying to the message!! PLEASE NOTE: It is essential that you provide a correct mobile number & email address when placing your order to take advantage of this fantastic market leading service.
Shipping - Once the standard parcel has been despatched, well send a text confirming the delivery date, and well also provide options to reschedule or leave with a neighbour.
Out For Delivery - You will then receive a text / email message as soon as your package is out for delivery along with a 1 hour delivery window and the name of your delivery driver. There are also options to reschedule or leave with a neighbour.
Follow My Parcel
You can track and trace your standard parcel in real time via the interlink website www.interlinkexpress.com what's more thanks to the 'Follow My Parcel Service' you can watch the progress of your parcel on a map allowing you to track your parcel to as little as a 15 minute delivery time slot!
Inspirations Wholesale operates a Per Parcel Delivery Service.
All Parcels sent via our delivery network have specific weight and measurement restrictions.
Should your order stray outside of the specific restrictions we will have to split the order into TWO or THREE Parcels which may of course incur additions charges.
If your order is too large to be issued in one Parcel then a member of the Inspirations Wholesale delivery team will contact you directly to further discuss the options available.
This is not a regular occurrence as the measurements and weight restrictions are very rarely ever breached despite the larger orders being placed.
In the circumstances where we are forced to separate the order into additional parcels we will be in touch with you immediately.

UK Delivery - Standard Parcels £4.99
Our UK Delivery Service is for mainland UK residents only and this service will get you parcel delivered within 3 - 5 days.
Delivery destinations other than Mainland UK will incur a surcharge.
Should you choose this option and not be in the UK Mainland then we will contact you for further payment before your parcel can be dispatched. This may affect your delivery timescale so please ensure when placing your order the correct location is chosen.
All orders are typically sent out by Interlink for all UK Mainland Deliveries.

Our Highlands of Scotland delivery service is only applicable to areas which are covered by the following postcodes:
AB36-38, AB55-56, FK17, 21, IV1-39, IV63, KW1-14, PA21-40, PH19-26, PH30-41, PH49-50
If you are located in an area that is not covered by the highlighted postcodes above then you are covered by the UK Delivery Service so please choose that option. As there can be some level of difficulty in reaching certain parts of the named locations above, our Highlands of Scotland Delivery Service will allow 3 - 5 days to deliver a parcel.

Inspirations Wholesale Returns Policy
Inspirations Wholesale stocks the very best products of the utmost quality from all over the world.
We aim at all times to provide excellent customer service in order to give you the highest confidence of purchasing from us.
In the unlikely event of having to return your products please ensure you inform Inspirations Wholesale via telephone (0151 334 0818) or email (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 14 Days of receiving your order.
Should you wish to return any items due to a fault or damage you must email a picture of the issue to email@example.com and inform the office team within 7 Days of receipt.
We operate the following Returns Policy.
- When making a return the item must be in its original condition and packaging - Please notify us within 14 days of receiving the item that you wish to return it.
- After this 14 day period has expired we will be unable to accept returns of any items purchased unless faulty. For an item to be classified as faulty the product must be in less than perfect condition, dysfunctional or of un-merchantable quality at the time of delivery. A fault may also be classified as a defect which manifests itself within a reasonable period of time after delivery which can be attributed unanimously to a manufacturing defect or poor quality workmanship and not due to maltreatment by the customer.
- Inspirations Wholesale will not be liable for any damage or loss resulting from repairs attempted by you or third parties and will therefore not accept the items as a returnable product. This does not affect your statutory rights.
- If you wish to return any self-assembly products your claim will only be valid if you have not attempted at any point to build the product. All self-assembly Products are only covered if they have not been built and are still in their original packaging with instructions and accessories.
- Under no circumstance do we allow a return of a product after 30 days from delivery
- Inspirations Wholesale will NOT be liable for any costs of carriage to return the item back to us.
- All dimensions and colour representations are approximate and should be taken as a guide only.
- Inspirations Wholesale will not accept cancellation of goods already in transit.
- Goods cannot be returned for exchange or credit without prior agreement of Inspirations Wholesale.
- Wrongly ordered goods will be returned for exchange or credit at the discretion of Inspirations Wholesale.
- Certain items may have sharp or small parts and may contain substances to be used with care. No liability will be accepted by Inspirations Wholesale for their misuse.
- Unspoiled goods may be exchanged or refunded if returned (at customers expense) within 14 days of order along with proof of purchase.
- Soiled goods will not be considered for exchange or refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
- Please ensure that all goods are thoroughly checked before a signature is given.
- Please notify Inspirations Wholesale of any goods that have been damaged in transit, within 24 hours of receipt, or no exchange will be considered.
- Please dispatch goods you wish to return to us by traceable post, including proof of purchase and reason for exchange or refund. All parcels sent out by inspirations Wholesale are sent with a returns form attached. Please fill this in accordingly.
- Inspirations Wholesale will not be responsible for returned goods that are lost in transit.
- Please note, goods will only be considered for exchange or refund if they are clean and dry and in 'as new' condition.
- On receipt of your returned items, we will make a refund to the value of the goods. We do not refund the cost of your return postage unless the goods were supplied to you incorrectly due to an error on our part.
- Even though your order may have been sent with Free Delivery, the cost for Inspirations Wholesale to send your parcel to you will be deducted from the refund, as these are direct costs to the business.
- We can only make refunds to the original payment card charged.
Damaged or Faulty items
In the event of receiving faulty Products, please ensure the following:
Notify us within 7 days either via email or phone - Email us a description and photos of the defects to firstname.lastname@example.org. Without photo evidence your claim will not be processed.
