Standing tall at 6 foot, or 1.8m, and offering a bright and fresh, tropical feel, this high quality faux chamaedorea palm tree will spread uplifting vibes throughout your room. Plus, although it is highly realistic, it will not need to be tended to like the natural thing. The large elegant leaves are unbelievably recreated and, overall, we are pretty confident that many would struggle to work out that it was fake.
The chamaedorea elegans is also known as the 'neanthe bella palm' or 'parlour palm'. The name chamaedorea comes from the Ancient Greek word chamai which means 'on the ground' and dorea, meaning 'gift'. This is thought to be because of the way in which they spread by using underground runners. They are native to tropical regions in the Americas.
This design brings out the delicacy of the fine, green leaves, whilst it is also very sturdy and built to last. The artificial parlour palm tree sits in a concreted pot which stablises it. Ideal for busy interior spaces such as offices, shops or cafes.
