By making a purchase through the Inspirations Wholesale Website you are legally agreeing to the Terms and Conditions in which inspirations Wholesale operates. You are also agreeing to the Returns Policy which Inspirations Wholesale operates. This does not affect your statutory rights.
1. Placing an order
1.1 Orders can be placed either directly via the website or by calling us on 0151
1.2 Once an order has been placed via our website you will receive an email confirming
your order and delivery details within 24 hours. Please ensure you read the email
carefully and contact us if any amendments need to be made
1.3 Inspirations Wholesale will store your data securely and it will not be passed
to any third parties. We do not store your card details and they cannot be seen
by any employees within Inspirations Wholesale.
2. Product Specifications
2.1 The majority of our items are handcrafted, and as a consequence, all sizes
are offered as a guide only. It is virtually impossible to accurately portray the
actual colour of natural wood product in a picture, due to differing screen resolutions,
and natural variations from batch to batch. With regards to our wood furniture,
we endeavour to give the best portrayal of colour, but we cannot accept colour
or shade differences as evidence of defects. As a general rule, dark items look
lighter in reality, and light items look darker in reality. A close match is more
likely if two or more items are purchased at the same time because they will come
from the same batch. If you wish to return an item because of a shade difference
or any other reason, we are willing to offer a refund as long as our returns terms
and conditions are met. However, original carriage charges and collection costs
will be at the customers expense, and the returned item must be resellable
as 'brand new' as per the terms stated above
2.2 The majority of our products are sold fully assembled, however certain products
will need full assembly particularly products from our the white furniture range.
This has been deemed fit to protect the item in carriage. All items needing assembly
will have instructions included.
2.3 If you wish to return any self-assembly products your claim will only be valid
if you have not attempted at any point to build the product. All self-assembly
Products are only covered if they have not been built and are still in their original
packaging with instructions and accessories. Please see our returns Page for more
3.1 All prices Exclude VAT on all Products displayed on our website and are subject
to any promotional offer that may or may not be on at that time.
3.2 The prices displayed on the website in relation to any on-line promotion are
valid strictly until midnight on the day on which the promotion expires, as determined
4.1 Payment for your order is made at the point of placing the order. We accept
most types of credit and debit card. Alternatively, you can pay by via BACS should
your order be of a large value. Please call us on 0151 334 0818 should you wish
to pay via BACS & require a Pro Forma Invoice.
4.2 We will advise you if your payment details cannot be authorised for any reason
or if your BACS payment has failed to clear. We will then arrange for payment to
be made by another method. Items will not be dispatched until funds have been cleared.
4.3 All large orders are agreed & arranged via the General Manager of Inspirations
Wholesale. For orders of a large Volume and or Quantity, Inspirations Wholesale
will use a Pallet delivery service which will apply a £50 delivery Charge.
Payment for this will be applied to the Pro Forma Invoice and Final Invoice clearly
labelled as Delivery Fee.
5.1 Inspirations Wholesale delivery charge is £7.50. However all large quantity orders will be subject to potentially
receiving a Pallet delivery Sur-Charge. This fee is typically £50.00 and
is dependent upon the size, weight or quantity of the order. Inspirations Wholesale will
always discuss any additional charges with the customer in these circumstances.
Furniture items incur a delivery charge of £10, unless the spend is over £500.
5.2 Our general lead time on all items is 1 - 3 working days.
Orders (excluding furniture) are sent out by Parcelforce.
Inspirations wholesale will endeavour to process and dispatch all orders placed
by 12.00pm subject to availability of the Products. Orders placed after 10.00am on Friday
will be dispatched on Monday (Exceptions include bank holidays).
5.3 Our general lead time for furniture is 1 - 3 working days.
5.4 If for some reason we are unable to deliver within our general lead time,
we shall contact you directly to advise.
5.5 Some ranges / items carry a longer lead time. This will clearly be documented
within our various ranges and individual items on our website in the Description
section of the Product selected..
5.6 Inspirations Wholesale has the right to charge you for delivery if the initial
delivery fails and we incur a second delivery charge from our couriers.
5.7 If our carriers accidentally damage goods in the course of delivery our liability
for that damage is limited to the repair, replacement or refund of the goods or
the value thereof. However on all Furniture Ranges Inspirations Wholesale will
NOT cover repair, replacement or refund for any accidental damages if the item
is signed for upon delivery without checking the product at the time of delivery.
All unsatisfactory items must be declared at the time of delivery and not accepted
by you the customer. Our couriers will then return the item back to Inspirations
Wholesale where your claim for replacement or refund will be reviewed by the claims
5.8 Time of delivery is not of the essence in these terms and conditions. We will
not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable delay
or delay due to unforeseen circumstances outside of the reasonable control of or
any reasonable rescheduling of delivery.
5.9 You are responsible for providing a safe means of access from the public highway
to the place of delivery. If the carriers delivery staff considers that
access is unsafe then they will not deliver the goods until safe access is provided.
5.10 Inspirations Wholesale provides a door to door delivery service only and
all Products ordered from our website are to be signed for upon delivery. The courier
is not responsible for bringing the products into your property but is allowed
to do so upon their own free will.
5.11 Please be advised that whilst every care will be taken by the delivery drivers,
Inspirations Wholesale cannot be held responsible for any damages that occur to
your property or possessions whilst the delivery is in progress. Please therefore
take care to cover any carpets or furniture and remove pictures and valuables from
the delivery area should the courier choose to bring the products into your property.
6.1 You have the statutory right to return any products you have purchased within
fourteen (14) days after the delivery for any reason (including if you simply change
your mind). To do so you must notify us in writing or other durable medium (including
email) within those fourteen (14) days. You will then be entitled to a refund from
us, which will be paid as soon as we have received the item back in our possession.
Please keep the products purchased in the same condition that they were received
and retain the original packaging in the condition it was provided and delivered
to you. Although your initial delivery may have been free (subsidised within the
purchase price) Inspirations Wholesale will not be responsible for the cost of
returns and this will have to be arranged by you the customer. Unless an item is actually
faulty, it must be returned at the expense of the customer.
6.2 After this 14 day period has expired we will be unable to accept returns of
any items purchased unless faulty. For an item to be classified as faulty the product
must be in less than perfect condition, dysfunctional or of un-merchantable quality
at the time of delivery. A fault may also be classified as a defect which manifests
itself within a reasonable period of time after delivery which can be attributed
unanimously to a manufacturing defect or poor quality workmanship and not due to
maltreatment by the customer.
6.3 Subject to your statutory rights, products made or altered specifically for
you, or sold as seconds or sold at a one of sale price may not be returned nor
will we provide any refund, unless they are defective or have been accidentally
damaged by us in the course of delivery.
6.4 If we deliver incorrect or damaged goods, or in the event that you discover
any defect in the goods for which you require compensation or other remedy, you
must report the defect within 7 days of the date you receive them, or as soon as
possible thereafter by emailing us. Any defects or damages must be reported to
us within 7 days and we must be emailed images/photos of the damage/fault within
the 7 working days and before any return, refund or replacement is carried out.
Please keep the products purchased in the same condition that they were received
and retain the original packaging in the condition it was provided. We reserve
the right to refuse return of items should the original packaging not be available
to allow the safe return via our carriers. If we receive the goods back with us
and they are damaged due to them not being repackaged sufficiently in their original
packaging we will charge you for the reduction in value. Should it be deemed impractical
to offer a replacement, redelivery or re-selection of any damaged or faulty items
we reserve the right to offer an allowance against a repair, or alternatively a
refund for your purchase. Any non-faulty items returned will always be returned
at the expense of the customer.
6.5 We will not be liable for any damage or loss resulting from repairs attempted
by you or third parties.
6.6 Any made to order/bespoke ranges are not fully refundable. We will refund
the customer 80% of the order amount. The remaining 20% will not be refunded and
will be passed on to the manufacturer as a re-stocking fee for the products.

6.8 Under no circumstance do we allow a return of a product after 30 days from

7.1 Every effort is made to ensure the complete accuracy of our website, however
some prices / details contained on the website may change from time to time and
it is possible that errors will occur. We will use our best endeavours to rectify
any errors, as swiftly as possible but we cannot be responsible for any losses

or implied as to the accuracy of the information contained in any of the materials
on this website. We cannot accept liability for any particular material on the
website or as a result of any use of or reliance placed upon the information contained
on this website.
8. Applicable Law
8.1 We control and operate the web site from our offices within England. Accordingly
the laws of England and Wales govern claims relating to, including the use of,
this website and the materials contained therein. If you choose to access our web
site from outside England and Wales you do so on your own initiative and you hereby
agree that in the event of a dispute between ourselves and you the laws of England
a and Wales will apply at all times.
