Online Returns

We understand that sometimes products need to be returned. If your item is faulty, damaged, or simply no longer required, our office team will help you out.

Unwanted Products

We must be notified of intent to return goods in writing via email before you return items. We are unable to process any return without prior authorisation from Inspirations Wholesale. Any returned goods without prior authorisation will be rejected and you will not receive a refund.

You have 14 days from the date of order to inform us that you wish to return unwanted items; you then have an additional 14 days to return the items back to us.

Please email office@inspirationswholesale.co.uk stating your full name, order reference, and the products you intend to return. Inspirations Wholesale will then issue you with a returns number that you must include with your return.

Inspirations Wholesale offers a DPD drop-off point returns label (for standard size orders). The cost of this request is the same cost as our standard delivery charge which would be deducted from your final refund amount. DPD drop-off locations near you are sent alongside the returns label.

Inspirations Wholesale will NOT be liable for any costs of carriage to return the item back to us.

If you do not wish to use our DPD returns label; please dispatch goods you wish to return to us by traceable post. Inspirations Wholesale will not be responsible for returned goods that are lost in transit.

Refunds will be processed once we have received the item/s back in our possession and have passed our quality checks. Refunds may take 14 working days to process back to the original payment method.

B2B and Bespoke items will not be accepted back unless they are faulty. Your legal rights are not affected.

Damaged Products

We want you to be absolutely satisfied with your product and would recommend that, where possible, you unpack and check it for damage as soon as it arrives. Any defects or damages must be reported to us within 3 days of delivery.

To report a damaged item, email office@inspirationswholesale.co.uk stating your full name, order reference and damage to be reported. Please provide images of the reported damage.

In all cases we reserve the right to inspect the product and verify the damage.

Faulty Products

A fault in a product is classified as a defect which manifests itself within a reasonable period of time after delivery. This must be attributed to a manufacturing defect or poor quality workmanship.

Inspirations Wholesale will not be liable for any damage or loss resulting from repairs attempted by you or third parties. We do not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear. This does not affect your statutory rights.

To report a fault, email office@inspirationswholesale.co.uk stating your full name, order reference, contact telephone number and fault to be reported. Where possible provide images of the faulty item. Our office team will then contact you to arrange a repair/replacement.

In all cases we reserve the right to inspect the product and verify the fault.

Cancelling an order

If you wish to cancel an order that you have not yet received, please call our sales team on 0151 334 0818. We will do our best to stop your order if it has not yet reached despatch. Inspirations Wholesale will not accept cancellation of goods already in transit. Goods in transit will need to be returned under the unwanted products terms.

Exceptions

Your cancellation right does not apply in the case of B2B sales, including but not limited to: any products which we have identified to you as being products that we do not normally hold in stock which we have had to order in from a manufacturer. These are bespoke products, which will be identified in product descriptions. These products are not eligible for return or refund unless faulty. In the case of a faulty product, we will consult the manufacturer and arrange for a collection of the faulty product and a replacement to be sent.

General Refund Terms - Online Returns

  • Returns and exchanges can only be processed with proof of purchase. Please provide your returns reference number when you return a product.
  • Please keep products purchased in the condition that they were received and retain the original packaging in the condition it was provided. We reserve the right to refuse return of items should the original packaging not be available to allow the safe return of items. If goods are returned to us damaged due to insufficient packaging, we will withhold funds to cover the damage caused.
  • Should it be deemed impractical to offer a replacement, redelivery or re-selection of any damaged or faulty items, we reserve the right to offer an allowance against a repair, or alternatively a refund for your purchase.
  • Returns of self-assembly products are only covered if they have not been built and are still in their original packaging with instructions and accessories.
  • Soiled goods will not be considered for exchange or refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
  • Refunds will be returned to the original payment card / PayPal account once we have received the goods back into our possession. Refunds may take up to 14 days to process once we have received the goods.

In Store Returns

An unwanted product can be returned for an exchange or a credit note within 28 days of purchase as long as it is unused and in its original packaging with a valid receipt. If a credit note is issued, it is valid for 2 years from the date of return.

Faulty products can be returned within 28 days with a valid receipt. A full refund can be issued to the original payment method used. If the original payment card is not available we will issue a credit note, valid for 2 years from the date of return.

General Refund Terms - In Store Returns

  • Subject to your statutory rights, products made or altered specifically for you may not be returned nor will we provide any refund, unless they are defective or damaged.
  • Please keep products purchased in the condition that they were received and retain the original packaging in the condition it was provided.
  • Should it be deemed impractical to offer a replacement or re-selection of any damaged or faulty items, we reserve the right to offer an allowance against a repair, or alternatively a refund for your purchase.
  • Any made to order/bespoke ranges are not fully refundable. We will retain a percentage of the final payment to cover restocking and labour charges as appropriate for the order.
  • Returns of self-assembly products are only covered if they have not been built and are still in their original packaging with instructions and accessories.
  • Soiled goods will not be considered for exchange or refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
