By making a purchase through the Inspirations Wholesale Website you are legally agreeing to the Terms and Conditions in which inspirations Wholesale operates. You are also agreeing to the Returns Policy which Inspirations Wholesale operates. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Placing an Order

Inspirations Wholesale will store your data securely and it will not be passed to any third parties. We do not store your card details and they cannot be seen by any employees within Inspirations Wholesale.

Product Specifications

All dimensions and colour representations are approximate and should be taken as a guide only.

The majority of our products are sold fully assembled; however certain products will need full assembly. This has been deemed fit to protect the item in carriage. All items needing assembly will have instructions included.

Certain items may have sharp or small parts and may contain substances to be used with care. No liability will be accepted by Inspirations Wholesale for their misuse.

Pricing

Prices shown exclude VAT at 20%.

Prices displayed in relation to any on-line promotion are valid strictly until midnight on the day on which the promotion expires, as determined by us.

Payment

We accept most types of credit and debit card.

For large orders placed by business customers, payment can be taken by BACS. Please call us on 0151 334 0818 should you wish to pay via BACS & require a pro forma Invoice.

We will advise you if your payment details cannot be authorised for any reason or if your BACS payment has failed to clear. We will then arrange for payment to be made by another method. Items will not be dispatched until funds have been cleared.

We will use our best endeavours to rectify any errors as swiftly as possible but we cannot be responsible for any losses incurred.

We will notify you by email as soon as possible to acknowledge that we have received and are processing your order. Our acceptance of your order will take place only when we despatch the product(s) or on commencement of the services that you ordered from us. Prior to despatch of the product(s), Inspirations Wholesale has the right to decline an order for any reason, including legal and regulatory reasons. The duration of our contract with you will start from when you receive the order despatch email and last until the last day of your right to return the products.

If we cannot supply you with the product or service you ordered, we will not process your order and inform you of this in writing (via email) and, if you have already paid for the product or service, we will refund you in full as soon as reasonably possible, but in any event no later than 14 days after receipt of your payment.

If the fulfilment of an order (or any aspect of it) would be illegal or unlawful, including by reason of breach of export controls or sanctions rules, Inspirations Wholesale have the right to stop or cease to fulfil the order at any time, including after despatch of products and/or notification to you that the order has been received and is being processed. You acknowledge that Inspirations Wholesale shall not incur any liability in such circumstances.

Applicable Law

We control and operate the web site from our offices within England. Accordingly the laws of England and Wales govern claims relating to, including the use of, this website and the materials contained therein. If you choose to access our web site from outside England and Wales you do so on your own initiative and you hereby agree that in the event of a dispute between ourselves and you the laws of England and Wales will apply at all times.
