Our step by step guide to bringing your console table to life.
The entryway introduces the aesthetic of your home and console table styling plays a big role in setting the mood. Although each home is unique, there are a few console table styling tricks that we tend to incorporate again and again to bring our entryway looks to life.
Step 1. Ground the Bottom
When styling your console table, adding a more substantial item, like a basket, underneath your console, will balance the visual weight. They are also a great go to for extra storage for shoes.
Step 2. Elevate the Top
Adding a larger decorative piece such as artwork and mirrors above an entryway console will pull it all together and set the mood for the rest of the home.
Step 3. Add Significant Accessories
When accessorising your console table, starting with the big pieces will always simplify the process. For example, if you have a large lamp on the right side of your console, adding a large vase and greenery with a similar scale or size will easily bring unity.
Step 4. Style the Details
Now for the fun part, adding the details! We love adding smaller personal touches to our console, such as your best-loved scented candle, a photo frame or your favourite type of greenery!
