Christmas at Parkgate

This bespoke residential Christmas decorating project was for a stunning property in Cheshire with some truly spectacular views. We used shades of blue and neutrals for the main 10ft Grandis Christmas tree in this home, which beautifully complemented the furniture in the room as well as the scenery from the window.

In the bar we created a funky and vibrant candy cane masterpiece on a flocked umbrella tree. A really fun addition to the space that worked with the colours of the interior and added a 'wow' factor as you entered the room. We filled the tree with candy cane decorations of all different sizes, swirl lollipop decorations, stripey and glittery baubles, stars, and deco mesh to add texture and volume.

For the luxurious staircase, we wanted to complement the grand features and darker materials by dressing two 4m garlands with a mixture of black, silver, and white baubles and ornaments, along with frosted foliage. Fairy lights were also incorporated into the garlands to add a gentle festive atmosphere in the evenings.

Overall the Christmas decorations complimented the design and function of the rooms. Extra touches such as the winter white artificial floral display in kitchen were more subtly festive and versatile. While we used a carefully considered colour palette, each decoration was chosen to add an extra texture or motif to the Christmas decor.
